Deadbolt DJs will play the heavier side of their usual party tunes with a mix of metal, hardcore, nu metal, industrial, metalcore, progressive metal and more.
Liam Connolly, founder of Deadbolt, said: “Liverpool hasn’t had a real night to cater for the heavy end of the alternative music spectrum since the closure of the infamous Krazyhouse, so it’s a pleasure to give the city what it needs. We are excited to become the spiritual home of metal fans in the city.”
He added: “The Shipping Forecast already acts as a perfect home for Deadbolt and we feel the decor and vibe of the venue also lends itself to the metal community.”
