DBVI: Deadbolt Sixth Birthday

DBVI Deadbolt sixth Birthday Manchester - Red Cardinal Music

Six years ago we started a midweek night called Deadbolt with the intention of being the night we always wanted to go to.

Combining interactive elements, bringing in special guests and caring about our audience were our key components. Later on we added live bands and huge giveaways to the mix. This lead to us moving to weekends and becoming the number 1 alternative party experience in the city.

As is tradition for Deadbolt, the birthday will be celebrated with live performances followed by a clubnight filled with guests, games and giveaways. If you’re looking for an alternative night out in Manchester on Saturday 11th March, Pub/Zoo is where you need to be!

The live gig portion of the birthday celebrations will see from performances from Our Hollow, Our Home, Everyday Sidekicks, Cove, Lost Atlanta, Cascade and Recovery. The gig is 14+ and tickets are £5 advance or £7 on the door. Tickets will include entry to the afterparty for those who are 18+.

Wait, that’s not all…

After their big show at Academy with Lower Than Atlantis and Young Guns, Roam will be throwing down huge tracks to assist your party needs until late!

The biggest alternative party in Ireland, Dublin’s Sabotage, are making their Deadbolt return! Last time they came, they had the roof fully raised and for our birthday they promise to take it to the next level! Expect Irish stagedives.

Our buddies at Emo Disco have captivated several cities in the UK with their mix of nostalgia and tearjerking bangers. They’re coming to our birthday party to bring the feels and dancefloor anthems all at once.

What sort of a birthday party would it be without free cake and party games? Take part in Giant Jenga, Birthday Pong and Flip Cup amongst other Deadbolt favourites to win Southern Comfort goodies, a year’s free entry to Deadbolt clubnights and other surprises.

Tickets for this both parts of the event are available via Skiddle, Fatsoma and our website. To find out more and keep up with further announcements, head to the Facebook event. Click “Going” to win free drinks and entry.
